June 13 - Practice Day 2 with 6pm Happy Hour followed by Mandatory Pilot Meeting at 6:30pm in Gradwell Hanger (location in email sent to contestants)
June 14 - Day 1 6pm Happy Hour while scoring
June 15 - Day 2 6pm Happy Hour while scoring
June 16 - Day 3 6pm Happy Hour while scoring
June 17 - Day 4 BBQ Burgers & Hotdogs and Mac/Potato Salad at airport $15 per person
June 18 - Day 5 6pm Happy Hour while scoring
June 19 - Day 6 6pm Happy Hour while scoring
June 20 - Day 7 Music and Catered dinner at the airport $30 per person
June 21 - Day 8 6pm Happy Hour while scoring
June 22 - Day 9 6pm Happy Hour while scoring
